Transformation leader. Systems architect. Execution engine.

18+ years building the operating systems, rhythms, and cultures that let great people do their best work, across industries, at any scale.

My philosophy

Companies are like orchestras. Every person and team has a specific, essential role, and when it works, the results are extraordinary. But growth creates silos. Silos create friction. And friction is expensive — in time, in talent, in results.

The organizations I admire most take as much friction out of work as possible, so people can focus on what they're actually great at. Their leaders are aligned on where they're going and why. They adapt. They scale. And increasingly, they're using AI not to replace human judgment, but to amplify it.

That's the work I do. And it's the problem I never get tired of solving.

What I bring

My career doesn't fit a single box, and that's my superpower.

I started with a design degree and owned and operated a web studio for seven years, so I've always approached operations with a builder's mindset: understand the system, find the friction, redesign it. Since then, I've led programs, teams, and transformations for Fortune 100 companies and fast-scaling startups alike — in technology, retail, financial services, telecom, healthcare, logistics, and more.

What stays constant across all of it: I translate strategy into execution. I align leaders who think they disagree. I build the systems that make delivery consistent and the cultures that make it sustainable. And right now, I'm doing that with AI as a force multiplier, embedding it into product and operational workflows to reduce toil and accelerate outcomes.

I hold a PMP, an ICF-accredited Executive Coaching certification, and Scrum certifications as both Product Owner and Scrum Master. That combination — strategic, operational, and human — is what makes the work stick.

“Strategic decision-making is often about driving consensus through storytelling, research, and leading by example. Nicholette possesses expert acumen in all three of these areas. Her ability to facilitate strategic decision-making with an executive group is unparalleled. She strikes the ideal balance required when managing and driving programs with cross-functional business units.

I'd be lucky to have Nicholette on my team again. If you have an opportunity to work with her, you will learn something from her approach, no matter your tenure.”

Core strengths

Leading Change That Sticks
I don't just design transformation — I build the plans, earn the alignment, and see it through to adoption.

Making Operations Actually Work
I find the friction, redesign the process, and build the systems that scale, without losing the humans inside them.

Communicating Across Every Level
From the C-suite to the delivery team, I translate complexity into clarity and ambiguity into action.

Getting to the Root of Hard Problems
I'm fast at diagnosing what's actually broken, not just the symptom presenting itself.

Building Teams That Deliver
I've led and developed high-performing cross-functional teams that don't just plan — they ship.

Aligning Leaders Who Think They're Adversaries
Executives who seem stuck in conflict usually share more common ground than they realize. I find it and build from it.
